Thank you for shopping at El_Baraka for fine arts. If you are not fully happy with your buy, we are here to help.
Return Rules
Time limit: You have 14 days to return an item from the day you get it.
Item state: Items must be unused, clean, and in the same state that you got them.
Original box: Items must be in their original packaging.
Proof of buy: You must show a receipt or order number. 
    Non-Returnable Items
    Some things cannot be returned:
    All unsealed products like Markers , pens , unipins , all things in packages that cannot be closed again , and all products written in its description that it cannot be exchanged or returned so please read descriptions very well.
    Sale or final-sale items.
    Used or damaged goods caused by the buyer. 
      How to Start a Return
      Send a message on what's app or Messenger , with your order number and reason for return.
      Pack your item securely in its original box.
      Mail the package to: [Store Address] or use the prepaid label we send you.
        Refund Process
        Once we get your item, we will inspect it and message you again.
        If approved, we will send your money back via Instapay only.
          Shipping Costs
          You must pay for your own return shipping costs.
          Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
