Conditioning: Knead, roll, or warm the clay by hand or with a roller before sculpting to mix ingredients and remove trapped air.

Sculpting Tools: Use basic items like acrylic rollers, craft blades, toothpicks, or specialized needle tools to shape and cut designs.

Cleanliness: Wipe work surfaces and hands with rubbing alcohol to remove dust and fingerprints before baking.

Baking and Curing

Temperature: Bake creations on a glass or metal surface at roughly 265°F–275°F (110°C–130°C) for 15 to 30 minutes per 1/4 inch of thickness.

Safety: Never microwave polymer clay, and always follow package instructions precisely to prevent scorching or under-baking.

Finishing: Once cooled, baked pieces are waterproof and can be sanded, drilled, painted with acrylics, or glazed.
